Client Support Request Form

Our goal is to provide our clients with superior client service. To request technical support, please complete the support case below, or contact your MedeFinance Account Leader.

For some issues, a simple fix can correct the problem. If you are experiencing problems with the MedeFinance application, we suggest trying the following steps:

1) Delete temporary Internet files associated with your Web browser.

- From Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, select Internet Options, and then select the General tab.

- In the Temporary Internet Files section, select Delete Cookies and then select Delete Files.

2) Close your Internet Explorer browser.


3) Open a new Internet Explorer browser.
If you are still experiencing problems, please submit a case using the form provided below.

Open a Client Support Case

Use the Client Communication Console to open a case with MedeFinance. You will immediately receive an automated email response with your Case Number. Please reference this case number in all MedeFinance communications regarding this issue.
